It’s official - GLUM is kicking its way into Early Access on May 22nd 2025!

We’re over the moon (and a few ragdoll corpses) to finally announce this. To celebrate, we’ve dropped a brand new trailer packed with goblin mayhem, glorious physics chaos, and questionable one-liners (of course). We’d love it if you gave it a watch and shared it with your fellow goblin-lovers 💥

Please don't give us so many wall-kicking jumping platforming sections.

I appreciate the diversity in the applications of simply kicking things and I can appreciate a good walljump but I cannot overstate how little I want to play a game that asks me to constantly kick a wall and then turn around to know that I'm actually going to land where I'm supposed to. I have enough issues with first-person platforming already; this is going to multiply them exponentially....

Exploit to get unlimited wall kicks

Just to be transparent, I was explicitly trying to break the game as much as possible because I truly enjoy finding bugs. I was finding ways to jump out of bounds when I managed to lodge myself in the small space between the hills and the thick wall next to the golden piggy bank. A lot of that area is just the hill's slope and while spamming buttons to try and get out, I ended up with unlimited wall kicks. The 3 green icons showing me how many walls kicks I have left would just be permanently visible and ...

WTF is with time limiting demos these days?

Seriously, whats the point of releasing it for a week or so, and then removing it? Is it a privilege to be able to play the demo nowadays? Is it a way for devs to mock gamers like: "hey, we have a demo, but you cannot play it cause you didnt make it in time, ha-ha loser"? Didnt wishlist it. Maybe I would if I could try it out, but I guess Im not worthy...
