My Experience do far
I would just like to give my impressions so far and some features I would love to see moving forward and in fact some features I would be willing to pay for.

I mainly picket up this program to help with my art background but quickly found that it had several other uses, but also some limitations I has a hard time working around.

Here are some examples:

obviously some of them are unfinished but you can see how I'm using it.

The biggest unexpected upside to this program was that it helped me plan a scene in my comic. I started building a scene by building the 3d background first and then moved the camera through it to see how things could unfold. Then after that i would thumbnail.

My issues largely came in 2 forms. Grouping object and dealing with tones.

Often I would want to have a complex object made up of multiple parts fit together but my only option for that was using the layers to serve as groups but doing this also had drawbacks. When selecting multiple objects I could input the angle of rotation for a whole group, I would have to eyeball it using the rotation tool.

If we had a different way to group objects it would be very nice.

Tones are also another struggle. Mostly, I felt like it was very hard to fine tune them and often I just wanted to be able to change the dot-size or frequency but had to just keep swapping materials until I got close. Recently I have just been turning off as much of the tone as possible and doing it traditionally.

In addition I would love to see more modular parts for inside and outside buildings to help build my own more unique looking buildings.

Overall I really love the program as it has allowed me to increase my workflow to the point to where I'm finishing comics in my free time after work.
