The game is more or less not even theirs. The game was developed by a British video game studio Headfirst Productions. Which had different investors during development, Bethesda and 2K didn't sign a distribution deal with them until the end of 2002. And other games and sequels were cancelled and the studio went bankrupt. After the release of this game, Bethesda & 2K didn't wanted to support them anymore.
