Because this games universe has major plotholes and exploitability if you have a team of people working together. Even if they would put you into the initial assault, all you would need is a gun, ammo and a teammate. You could do it all yourself with some toy rockets too (yea i know... bad example , movie is great and this scene was shocking even for me as RARELY a movie kills children these day's). They NEED to open themself up to actualy pinpoint you, thats the point where they can be killed easier than a .50 cal (wich would punch trhough them anyway...)

That depends on the game.

This could easily work as a co-op title without much having to change probably. I don't think it necessarily needs it, but it wouldn't hurt to have it either.

If you need a Quiet Place multiplayer fix, may I recommend In Silence? Similar concept as the franchise, is assymetric a la Killer Clowns or Friday the 13th and has built-in mic option that makes the game harder.

no everyone's answer are valid, and not useless. this game doesn't need multiplayer, not every game needs multiplayer. if you can't play a game by yourself, well...that's on you.

Well that's not how games work bud. You don't get to dictate what a game gets and what it doesn't. You're not on the dev team. Just because the movies have 2+ people, doesn't mean this game needs 2+ people. You're still gonna be paying for a good game regardless. Multiplayer doesn't automatically make a game "good". But anyways, it's clear this isn't your game. No ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or complaining about how "no one is being helpful" will get multiplayer in the game. Plus, it would take away from dev time, which is....oh that's right. MONEY. So maybe if you buy like 60 copies, MP might be a thing.
