How to rotate valve

I'm at the pump station area and now have a big problem. I get alwys caught by the creature, when trying to rotate the valve. I'm alwys at the left red area in the indicator. Never in the middle white! How can I reach the white one? I'm trying to rotate my mouse as fast as I can.

Also it is very annyoing that the creature is programmed to stick to your position within 20 meters. No matter where you go, no matter how many brick you trow to lure him away. He always comes back and you haven't any bricks left.
And I try my best to rotate the mosue wheel like crazy, but simply can't barelly reach the safty white zone. And the monster is always near and is hearing me. Maybe I will try 5 more attempts and then switch from normal to easy mode. And if I fail there 10 times, I will search for cheats or quit the game. Sad, because I like it, despise its failures.

Ok, on easy mode I have finally made it with one of the valves. But I feel liek a loose to play this level on easy mode.

Oh, it did't made a safepoint after the first wheel? And now I died? Ok, I quit now! Enough is enough! >:(

they just made a trash game with the name of a good movie to make some money.
they simply do not care about any problem.

if by any means you wanted to come back, repeating the designated button back to back really fast worked for me. (not always tho :( )

I found it easy (on Normal difficulty) using a mouse, and never attracted the creature. I just use small mouse rotations, and adjust the speed of the rotations to stay in the white.

On Hard mode I'm expecting it to be more difficult, but you can always toss a bottle or brick just before turning the valve.

No matter if I make small, medium or big mouse rotations, if I rotate slow, medium or very fast. I simply can't reach the middle white safety area!! I can only reach 35 % of the bar and that is still between red and white and to loud, so the creature always hears me!
I have anything I could with the mouse. No chance. Easy mode dosn't help.
Foudn no cheats. Only suspicious "mods", but they could be viruses.

So, I could rotate the wheel the first time. With huge rotations and as fast as possible. My mouspad moved, and I barrely hit the white area. Maybe my mouse has to less dpi and is to slow for the game?
I also was very very slow with the screws with fast mouse moving at the vents, while other streamers rotate them very fast. I could never reach theyr speed. So it has to be a problem with my mouse dpi. But I don't want it to set higher, because it's fine in other games and desktop.

I made it and escaped the damn pump station! Hope it was the lst valve to rotate in this game....

Congrats, yeah I use a Razer gaming mouse, but I don't have the sensitivity set extremely high. Keep in mind even if you don't have a gaming mouse you can always temporarily increase the mouse sensitivity in the game control menu just before turning a valve, then pause game and set it back to where it was before it makes your mouse look too squirrelly.

Then your mouse must have horribly low DPI, which is outdated for today's games. Most people that game a lot use gaming mice now, especially since they can be had pretty affordably anymore.

Hi Spaceowl how did you do it? I have the same problem and ive set mouse sensitity to 100% and i cant seem to manage to rotate the valve without the creature getting me.
