If you pay for something, and the thing you paid for isn't working 100% as intended, you should have the right to complain about that until it is fixed.

You have to post your system specs, otherwise the issue can't be solved

Same. Horrible flickering, awful shadow artifacting, upscaling or not. Lumen is derpy, Unreal Engine 5 is a scam lol. Frocing DX11 with launch options "-dx1" is a workaround.

You can try switching the scaling method from DLSS to Resolution Scale and see if that fixes the issue.
