Same here because of Intel 14
If I turn down my perf core ratio it stops crashing

Please help! You turned down your cpu ratio? Mine is doing the same thing and I was wondering if it was a setting or a thing like that. How do you change that?

You need Intel Xtreme tuning utility. It might already be on your pc, otherwise download it from Intel. It's an official app
In the main menu you will see the Performance core ratio. My cpu is at 57x by default. I had to change it to x55 to avoid the crash
