Stuck on Steam Deck graphics preset

Trying to play this game on my steam machine. It's a mini PC plugged into my TV, running Bazzite Linux to give it a console-like experience. My machine is much more powerful than the steam deck but, since the game detects the steam deck UI, it only plays on the steam deck preset, 1280x720 low quality. The graphics options have all been greyed out, making it so I cannot change the resolution or quality settings.

Is there a way around this? The low resolution+performance upscaling looks REALLY bad on my tv

Try setting Steam Launch option "SteamDeck=0 %command%"

That command is used for telling games you are not playing on a Steam Deck
