It's a laptop, so I can't replace it, but do you know what games I can play or the ones I listed?
Hold your windows key and hit the "R" key, and type in 'DxDiag' into the text box that should
say 'Run' at the top of the Window.
Go to 'Save All Information" near the bottom right, it will save your PC's specifications as a
text file (*.txt), Copy & Paste the information so I can view it so I can determine what can run.
If you are desperate but don't want to buy a new laptop or build a new PC, spend some money on an external GPU adapter, dedicated GPU like 1050 or 1060, along with a external power supply. This seems ridiculous and makes laptop gaming very inconvenient, but if you are that desperate for better graphics but don't want to spend lots of money, then this is your other alternative besides lowering the settings and hoping for the best.

You also have an intel Core 7th Gen i7-7500U ~ U being Underpowered. Typical i7 processors are usually Quad-Core processors with Hyperthreading; 4 Cores and 8 threads. This processor is a stronger variant of what you would see out of an i3 processor line; 2 cores and 4 threads.
The games you can play are games like Fallout: New Vegas, Portal 2, Team Fortress 2. Those games only require 128MB of dedicated video memory.
Note: I've noticed that Windows 10 64-bit is misleading with dedicated video memory sizes, you may actually have more than what is indicated. Every laptop that I have owned with Win10 64-bit and a Desktop have indicated 128MB of Dedicated video memory even though with Windows 7 64-bit; I can go up to 1024MB of Dedicated VRAM before the switch.
You might give 'Outlast 2' a chance. I was able to run that one on my:
intel Core i5-5200U 2.2GHz/2.7GHz Dual-Core with Hyperthreading Processor
6GB DDR3 SDRAM @1600MHz
intel HD Graphics 5500 128MB 300/900MHz
Didn't seem to have any issues at Low Quality. Yours should do way better.
Use a FPS Counter, tweak the Graphics settings until it maintains a stable 60fps; if you can manage Ultra at 60fps, then you can probably play firewatch. I recommend against Resident Evil VII.

However; if you have thunderbolt port, you have a chance of trying to get an external GPU that can run the games you wish to play.
Recommend that and a GTX 1050 Ti or 1060 6GB.
I believe the language is called rtard.
Good thing the Steam mods aren't here or we would all get banned for "spamming."
