Leyawiin weather?

I wonder if someone has had this. In my experience it is always raining in Leyawiin. Downpour. I know some storms in Oblivion can last, but this weather has gone on and on for days without end, furthermore in every previous game I have visited Leyawiin it is the same weather (admittedly in previous games I didn't stay too long). I'm beginning to think that Leyawiin weather is bugged, and I'm considering forcing the weather with the console.

Edit: OK I forced clear weather. Can you believe I had never seen that Leyawiin is such a pretty town even if a bit tarnished! The good weather lasts about ten seconds, then the wind starts howling and a while later it's raining again!!! (pulling out hair)
