i heard i need mystical weapons..where do i get those? how else can i kill a ghost?

You can kill ghosts with silver, daedric, or enchanted weapons. Or with magic.

Anything that uses an elemental attack works so enchanted weapons or arrows that burn also work.

Magic or Silver weapons.. I generally use Silver arrows or silver sword :)
