Go back to the game in the store. It should say in yellow, "You already bought this game" or something similar.

If it says you have DLC, you have the Deluxe edition.

If you need further confirmation, just start the game and check your data files. Deluxe has 10 addons in addition to the base game.

Look at the receipt in your email. You can tell by how much money you spent.

Mine says: "Oblivion Game Of The Year DLC" in the DLC tab, and I'm pretty sure I picked up the deluxe edition.

Just check your data files in the launcher, if it has all the dlc then you have deluxe.

This. Look in the /data/ directory of the game's install folder and if you find a bunch of DLC*nameofcontent* files in it then you'll know you bought the Deluxe.

(This is, of course, a non-issue for those unlike myself who apparently cannot find their receipts/etc. or are fresh purchasing it off the sale now)
