The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

I seem to not lose any stamina when running.
I lose stamina with everything else but not running. Im pretty sure im not a master of athletics and i regain stamina so fast that i think i dont lose any because im only 25 at athletics. So is this normal?

when you run it does not use any fatigue, or stamina. In Morrowind this was the case however.

You cant run in Oblivion so its impossible to lose stamina.

You don't lose stamina/fatigue while running if your fatigue bar is full, but at lower levels of Athletics you will regenerate fatigue more slowly than you would standing still when your fatigue bar isn't full.

Every 25 levels of Athletics increases your fatigue regeneration while running by two fatigue per second. At master level you gain ten fatigue per second whether you are running or not.

So technically you do lose stamina/fatigue while running in that you are sacrificing a portion of your maximum fatigue regeneration per second by running when below master level.

You probably just don't notice it because your stamina regenerates reguardless, it is just slower.

Ok. And you can run BeastMaker, hold shift.

Holding the Shift key whilst moving makes you walk slow on mine.

Caps lock probably. Turn it off.

Caps Lock just toggles the same and saves me having to hold the Shift key if I want to move slow, on the missions where you have to follow or protect NPC's for example.
