How did you lose the deed? or is it stored somewhere?

When I upgrade a house or whatever I usually store all the upgrade items and the deed if there is one, inside one of the storage containers inside the place and haven't had an issue with doing it that way.

If you can't figure out what happened to the deed just use console to give yourself the items.

The Bloodstained note is probably the deed.

There are two things you can try.

1) The more complicated way. Uninstall the Vile Lair. I'm not sure if you can uninstall it without OBMM, but when you start the game do not push play but instead choose Data Files.

Uncheck Vile Lair and start the game. Hopefully Vile Lair is removed. Load your save and it will ask if you want to load the save and that some content may no longer be available.

Deepscorn Hollow should be removed from your map. Save and exit the game, let Steam resync your files and then go to Data FIles and recheck the box to reinstall the VIle Lair DLC.

Start the game and reload your save and you should receive the bloody note again. Revisit Deepscprn Hollow and touch the book again to trigger the quest then go try to buy the items from the NPC that sells them.

If doing this doesn't unintall Deepscorn Hollow or remove the location from the map you may need to use OBMM. I have never uninstalled plugins without OBMM so i'm not sure if doing it this way works the same way.

2) The easy way. Use console to add all the upgrades.

Enter the following commands into console, but before you do notice the xx listed in each code. This code can be different depending on which version of the game you have or when the plugin was installed.

For me xx = 0a so try replacing xx with 0a and see if that works.

if it doesn't work for you, try replacing xx with 01, 02, 03, 04 etc. until the codes work.

player.additem xx0046AE
player.additem xx0046B3
player.additem xx0046B2
player.additem xx0046AF
player.additem xx004B9C
player.additem xx0046B1
player.additem xx0046B0
player.additem xx004B9B

If you can find the right values for xx, this should add all the upgrades to your inventory.

Check Deepscorn Hollow to see if it was upgraded.

nethier of these worked :/ and for the codes what numer do i stop at, i stopped at 12 ;-;

Well the xx in the codes can be anything. For me they were 0a. maybe try 00, 0a, 0b, 0c etc. You just have to find the correct combo..

Oh btw there is another thing you can try and that is advancing the quest through console.

Here are the commands. Make sure you have a save game before you use them.

setstage dlcdeepscorn 10
setstage dlcdeepscorn 20
setstage dlcdeepscorn 30
setstage dlcdeepscorn 40
setstage dlcdeepscorn 50

Start with the first in the list and go down until your quest log updates. Then you can try advancing the quest normally. Using all the commands will eventually complete the quest for you and might give you all the items.
