Can i craft stuff?
i know you can make spells and enchanted items (deluxe only?) but can you craft weapons like elven and dwarven armor/weapons?

The mod "craftybits" lets you do crafting in Oblivion.

Complicated answer is that with enough smithing skill you can improve all weapons and armor by 25%, not exactly crafting but no one else has brought it up.
