For the most part The Fighters Guild questline can be completed at anytime, but it is best to wait until level 10 before completing the Harlunns Watch quest so the Mind and Body ring you receive has the best stats.
The Dark Brotherhood and most of The Mages Guild Quests are best not started until level 30 because all the best versions of the items are level 30, but you can complete the quests at anytime if you don't mind weaker versions of the items. You should complete the Mages Guild Recommendation quests reguardless for access to the Arcane University and get your Mages Staff. I prefer the Paralyze Staff to use during the Main Quest to make it easier preventing NPC's from dying.
It is disappointing that the Spelldrinker Amulet is rewarded so early in the Mages Guild questline and that the best version is level 30. It is the main reason I don't like doing the quests until 30.
The Thieves Guild Quests can be completed at anytime, but you don't get any good items until the last quest. Doing the quests also increases your infamy.
I usually complete the Fighters guild quests by level 10. The Mind and body ring is a nice reward until level 20 when you get more options, but the final reward is very nice having at an early level as the item is not a leveled item and can take a serious beating before needing repairs.
I then complete the Mages guild quests once I get level 30, and then start the Dark Brotherhood and Thieves guild quests. Once I complete those quests I wipe my infamy using the wayshrines for the Knights of the Nine plugin.
I would complete all the mages guild recommendation quests to gain access to the Arcane University so you can enchant items and create custom spells. It is not to difficult.
Join the Fighters Guild then speak to the guy in Cheydinhal for a contract. He gives you weightless weapons that you can use until you complete the quest. Use the weapons, but don't complete the quest until you start finding better weapons so you can take advantage of having weightless weapons. It allows you to carry more items.
Wait until like level 8 and then do all the Fighters guild quests up to Harlunns Watch, then at level 10 complete Harlunns Watch and the rest of the Fighters Guild questline to get the best Mind and Body ring and a really good helmet as the final reward. You also get a chest that respawns random items and gold.
You can probably do all the fighters guild quests in a day depending on how much you play.
At level 30+ start the Dark Brotherhood quests.
The FIghters Guild quests are best done at lower levels because the rewards are less useful at higher levels. You probably don't even have to bother with them now since you don't seem to want to spend alot of time questing.
The Mages Guild still has some useful items, but are best at level 30.
