How do you know if Oblivion script extender is working?

So how do you know if you have succesfully installed OBSE and that it is running along side oblivion?

If you have installed a mod that requires obse extender and you have installed both but the extender isnt working. Click on the steam tab at the top left of steam then Settings click the In-game tab in the window that should pop up when you click settings and tick the box enable steam comunty in game then steam will utomatically runt oblivion through OBSE he script extender.

I used "OBSE Test Plugin", but now I cannot find it on Nexus anymore...
