i need help i accidently killed Lucien Lachance
i killed Lucien Lachance and i want to join the dark brotherhood
so can i revive/rispawn him in any kind of way?

No part of the point is that you refused to join the DB by killing him. He is one of the few killable NPC quest givers. It may be possible to advance the story with console commands but more than likely the DB members will attack you for killing thier leader.
