Thats the delux edition.
Obviously, if you already have one or the other (Morrowind or Oblivion GOTY's), you should just buy the one you need, instead of the "deluxe"
The Oblivion GOTY Deluxe edition includes Knights of the Nine and the Shivering Isles expansions plus Fighter's Stronghold Expansion, Spell Tome Treasures, Vile Lair, Mehrune's Razor and much more.
There is a difference. The Deluxe edition does NOT include Morrowind GOTY, there is the Morrowind GOTY edition for that.
