The Shivering Isles. its a glitch house.

the reasons? its because its the home of the deadly twin bugs of oblivion.

1: The Gatekeeper at the first gate does not appear. making the keys to the 2 area gates unacsessable.

2: when i try to use the Summon Haskill spell it says, "This spell can only be used in The Shivering Isles." but im in the isles. so it inpossible do the rest of the main quest.

so it looks like im deleting the Dlc as a hole.

Unfortunately most of the fixes aren't retroactive, meaning that if the quest has already screwed itself then it won't work.

You can always respawn the gatekeeper using the console.

try an earlier save file never ever keep overwriting as some times weird bugs happen
