This one way I talking about
When I am using a attack my arm is freezes
There's two forward charge attacks. The base one is unlocked at any level, it rushes you forward at a faster speed, and can actually be used to get behind an attacker if you're fast on your turn around game.
The one that unlocks at level 100 is a completely different animation where they do a stab, and it paralyzes enemies. It also doesn't shoot you forward at the faster speed like the original does and can't be used to get behind enemies. In many ways besides the paralyze thing, it's a downgrade.
The ops game is definitely bugged in some way. I'm gonna assume some sort of mod that affects animations but it could be anything
I hadn't even known that they existed - after playing Oblivion since release :-)!
Next game won't even have power attacks then.
But what does this have to do with the next game?
