The offficial wiki is pretty worthless, FYI.

Thanks... I'll have to find something else than. I'm not born under the Tower stars... I'm under the atronach whatever stars... I absorb spells for my magika. and have a magika boosts, but don't regener8 it. I seen potions I thought, and it shows there is a potions to make, so maybe i' seen the effect in the ingredients, and I thought it was available in a spell making... cause I was going to add it to a shield enchanted... but that link also said it's not available for enchanting. I might look for enchated items as there are a few, but I'll have to seek them out... can't make own.
Thanks again.

There are some mods that let you use reflect damage as an enchantment, you may also want to find Namira's quest for the ring.

They don't have it enabled as a custom enchant effect cause tha twould be even more gamebreaking than 100% chameleon. If i remember right it would be relatively easy to re-enable it, it just isn't something I personally would do, because I hate easymode. I had way too much experience with easy-mode in morrowind, with a character solely dedicated to alchemy and enchantment.
Ok... Than what about Absorb Spells... I have that as a power already, + a amulet, thought about increasing the absorbtion by adding maybe to a shield or something. I'm only level 47(apprentice) of Mysticism now, and need L75(Expert) to gain spell, according to the alternate wiki site for oblivion. But, if I buy spell early, will it let me use effect to enchant?

Actually this: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Spell_Absorption says that the absorb effect is disabled for enchanting.

yeah some things are disabled for enchanting, thou you can make custom spells out of pretty much any effect. To get reflect damage effect, I think the only way is from the Shivering Isles, by having the proper body part on the reconstructed gate guard, if you want to get it without Tower birthsign.

Well... as far as I could tell from a few trial runs I've tried, creating a custom spell does not give contribute to enchanting... or custom made spells are not available for enchanting. I've tried a few different things.

It's koo tho, Thanks.
