how do you get rid of sickness?

You can either use a cure diease potion, or go to a church and pray at a altar

You can also try and find a Shepherds Pie as it has a Cure Disease ability without needing high alchemy.

If you are not developing your Alchemy skill - which you should be, since it helps to increase your intelligence and magicka - most alchemists sell cure disease potions. Carry a couple with you. It is not always convenient to get to an altar.

ALL good, but I do NOT find any keystroke to USE POTS> NO control for INVENTORY, NOR to equip gear. TONS of loot, and no way to use/sell. Is there a tutorial for Oblivion?

If you click on a pot in your inventory it is consumed.
You can also hotkey pots.
Read the manual....available from your library page.

You should also use Darnified UI which immensely improves inventory functionality.
You can get it at TesNexus....along with thousands of other mods.

there is a cure diease scroll to ways less and cost less then potions

Or buy a mandrake root and eat it; its base value is 1 gold so it's super cheap, weighs less than a potion too.
