Pink ground distance bug

So as you can see in the image, the distant area's are completely pink, I messed around with the files a while ago and it caused this to happen, so I've come here to look for a solution. Anyone know how to fix it?

NOTE: I have not bought Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion through steam, I have it by disc, I only came to this discussion board on steam to seek help, so if your telling me any solutions that include using steam, don't bother.

The best way to fix this would probably be to find the files that you messed with. If the files are pink it indicates that the files are missing. You can also reinstall the game. Also why bother asking here? You're better off on the official forums.

It's probably a LOD distance file. If you take a screenshot and show me, it'll make things a lot easier for me to understand.
Verifying the game cache integrity could probably fix this problem. Try that as well.

Btw, didn't I already say that I don't have Oblivion on Steam, so I can't use Steam options to fix this game, which means I can't use this "Verifying game cache" option which includes using steam -_-

Yes I totally forgot that you don't own a steam copy when I told you about the verifying of game cache. If I don't solve this, you'll probably want to just reinstall the game to avoid breaking your neck over it.

From what I see it's a LOD file issue. You're missing a file, I want to see your load order list, I also want you to check if the pink textures only show up around that place only.

That's a heap of mods. It might be hard to determine the culprit from this. There are a couple of mods in here that have things to do with the LOD distance files themselves. I see that you're using wrye bash which is good. However this is quite a lot of mods. There are some problems that I already see on your list. Are you using BOSS? BOSS should have indicated some of the issues. While most of the mods I see aren't anything major, besides adding one or two items or changes to the game, there are still some conflicts to look out for. The UOP Aging Fix.esp is not necessary, since a feature already exists inside the Bashed Patch option, you'll have to look for it though. You might have to go to the official forums for this.
I wanna know where is the pink texture appearing? Is it only appearing around one place or?
