Solid Color screen on play

the game logs in fine, and the main menu works correctly. When I press new or continue it loads in with a entirely solid color (I think it is whatever color I saw last in the game). The compass most of the HUD is still there and I can hear sound. Everything works correctly, except for the screen.

So weird, I am having the same issue. I loaded my previous save, which I just started the game with a new character, and my HUD is visible, all sound is working, the guy across from my cell is talking to me, but the screen is black- aside from the HUD. I can punch and use magic but I can't see anything. Before I made te first save I played for like 60 seconds and the game worked fine. I reloaded and now I am having the same problem.

I managed to fix it, try switching your screen effects in the options menu from HDR to Bloom or vice versa.
