It is a cheat mod that shows you where everything is located, but does so in an unvisited state. You can't fast travel to anywhere you haven't already visited. It just shows you where they are on the map.

And you could also use the Map Marker Overhaul mod which makes it very easy to keep track of where you've been and what you've left behind for later.
