cant get old nag

I have the same issue, don't know what to do now, will probably uninstall the game.

i cannot find anything related to not offering a horse unless the game is registering a horse to you already.
using the dlc patch might help.

I've managed to fix that, but for me it was an issue with another mod, Oblivion Character Overhaul. I've finally found a patch which fixes the issue with this quest, and now i have my armored Old Nag.

How do I replace the old nag because I bought a new horse for 5k gold and this nag ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ still showed up

Open the console
Click on the "Old Nag"
Type - DISABLE
Enter/return and close the console.
