Jauffre died! *SPOLERS!*
After i closed the great gate, at Bruma I saw Juaffre outside, dead. I know I need him alive to continue the main story line. Will he just spawn back? Is he gone forever? Is there a way I can revive him? Please tell me.

You could use console commands. But Jauffre is no longer needed for the storyafter that battle anyway.

tip resurrect in the Console, while clicking on jaufree
But he is not needed. Almost everybody died in this "battle" when I played it.

I used the construction set to create a lesser power for all non enemy NPC's that boosts their maximum health, heals them a little, adds a shield and regen effect so NPC's are more durable and are able to survive randomly being attacked.

I got the idea from the bonus that Boesthia's Chosen receive.

I did it because most NPC's in Oblivion are too fragile. I don't like when NPC's die, unless it's by my own hand.

I gave the ability to all trainers and key NPC's that were at risk of dying and Jauffre was one of them.

Jauffre is an essential (unkillable) NPC until defence at bruma.

Use console if you really want him back.
