While searching for mods etc. I found this thing.

What is it and what can I do with it?
I read that I need obse(I installed it earlyer on)

Has somebody a link to a website where I can download it?

I think you need MenuQue for the Dynamic Map mod

It has all of Elsweyr and Valenwood on it and looks awesome, I recommend it.
