Cannot install Qarl's texture pack with Oblivion Mod Manager

Hi folks

Just bought Oblivion from steam. I'm using Oblivion Mod Manager to manage mods.

I'm trying to jazz up the game's textures, but I can't get "Qarl's Texture Pack III Redimized" (QTP) to work...

1) I'm launching the game through steam.exe: Executables dialog[i.imgur.com]

2) My load order. Per instructions I have Unofficial Oblivion patches come first, then QTP, then the UOP+QT3 compatibility patch -- Load order[i.imgur.com]

3) The "Data" tab looks OK: I see the meshes and textures from QTP listed there, so they should get used when I launch the game... right? Data files[i.imgur.com]

But it's not working. Regardless of whether I launch with QTP on or off, the textures look identical to vanilla.

Oops, just realized I had my load order list in the reverse order. Stuff at the top of the list takes priority.

I fixed the ordering[i.imgur.com], but it didn't make any difference.
