The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Game of the Year Edition (2009)

Can't move and no animations?
So I was playing the final Thieves guild quest and I realised I was picking up too much stuff so I put on tgm using the console so I could walk/run around with as much crap as I want and I didn't feel like playing anymore so I deactivated tgm and saved and quitted the game. Next time I played it, I couldn't move and I had no animations when crouching and when I turned on tgm again, I still couldn't move. I then tried using a previous save and when I did the same thing happened. I then dropped a bunch of stuff to get under my carry limit. When I did, I was able to jump (no animation tho) but still couldn't move. Anyone know how to fix this?

Do you use any joypads or similar? Did you try deleted the Oblivion.ini located inside My Documents/MyGames/Oblivion/ ?

I use a keyboard and mouse but I haven't deleted the Oblivion.ini file. (Just out of curiosity what should deleting that do?)

Once you start the game again upon deleting the ini file, it'll be replaced with a default one which should in most cases resolve issues like this. Do you use any mods?

I only use the Oblivion Script Extender.

Did you try running the game without OBSE? Did you verify game cache integrity? Did you try starting a new game?
