How to Open TES CS with OBSE?
I've looked at several methods but how do I do it step by step? My oblivion folder has obse_loader and cant fine obse_loader-editor.

Using Wrye Bash you should have an easier time launching TES CS with OBSE

-Make a bat file in root directory for game
-In bat file type: "obse_loader -editor" without quotes
-Launch bat
-Profit

Note that you need to temporarily delete your OBSE plugins first because for whatever reason the editor will crash otherwise.

Yep, you cannot have Oblivion installed in your Steam folder if you want to use Wrye Bash.

This is false, you just need to install the Oblivion version of Wrye. I have it currently installed with Oblivion installed in my Steam folder.
