I've played it before and it didn't look like this. There's something wrong.

Those are some of them.
Those are some nice screenshots dude. No, my game looks BAD. I've played before on this PC, and it didn't look like bad before. I've tried messing around with the graphics setting to see if I could fix the problem, but so far no use.
So, to anyone else who sees this post, look at those screenshots and take away about 75% of the color and ALL the shadows. That's what my game looks like. Really annoying. Haven't even bothered playing because of it.
I really wanted to replay the main storyline, as well as the DLC I never got around to trying out. But so far that hasn't been possible. Not with those crap graphics I'm seeing.
Sam, thanks for posting the screenshots! I really like that first one. The landscape looks beutiful. And you're right about Skyrim. For all it's cool combat mechanics, once you play the game, you get bored of it pretty fast and revert back to Oblivion when you want some good Elder Scrolls!
Well, I feel like an idiot. I was being stupid.
Apparently when you boot Oblivion up, before you click Play and head to the main title screen, there's an options button that brings up a dialogue box for graphics. Apparently that was set to lowest quality for some reason, and even though I tried to change the gaem's graphics settings from the in game menue, the first dialogue box from preboot was overriding the in game's menue. Weird.
So I got it fixed, game looks good now.
I'm sorry for wasting everybody's time with this.
These things can happen at anytime to anyone XD , but glad you solved the issue though :).
Good Luck
