How to run oblivion on windows 11

I am going to replace my old 9 year old dell Inspiron 5537 laptop this year soon after I graduate on the university where I do my art course in this very month of April on day 10; because they are “not taking it anymore” and is overheating at point of ruining the battery and already ruined 3 batteries, and some other issues such as rejected one of the games I brought here on steam (Lego movie 2 the video game) and became so laggy that malfunctioned, failed to update 2 times, is noisy and they are unable to update to windows 11.
And since I plan on getting a new dell laptop and this time a gamer one who is g15 and one of the features that I want is win 11; so any idea on how I will make oblivion work on win 11 regarding adjust its compatibility and stuff? It’s going to be the very first time I play oblivion because I failed and didn’t know to make it work on my current old laptop and I did not install mods on it. Any ideas to help me get prepared when I install oblivion in my future new laptop?

It will run on Windows 11. Don't worry. I’ve run it on win 7, 8, 10 and 11. If your computer and steam are up to date you are good to go.

Works on WIN 11 for me no different than it did on 10. Everything should just work

Oblivion released in 2006 runs on my win 11 desktop and I also have morrowind running and that came out in 2002. the steam game installation package "should" install whatever libraries a game needs to run on your new pc.

If it doesn't, you need to click yes on the user account control window that will appear when you try to launch the game. If you click no it won't and the game will appear not to work.
