is game of year edition Deluxe worth it?

it says: "plus Fighter's Stronghold Expansion, Spell Tome Treasures, Vile Lair, Mehrune's Razor and much more." so what this stuff and what is much more?

Yes, absolutely worth the 75p extra (current offer). The Fighter's Stronghold quest line alone is worth far more than 75p. (One caveat - the Deluxe edition is English only.) Mehrune's Razor has a huge dungeon and a very nice reward at the end; it takes hours to complete. You also have extra available houses/dens and several other minor changes.

Also, and not the least important, if you buy the standard GOTY version and then decide you want all those extras you cannot upgrade, so, you will have to buy the full Deluxe version .

Get it. You will be locked out of that DLC forever, otherwise. Bethesda made it so you CANNOT upgrade to Deluxe GOTY.
