Help with bugged quest of DLC Knights of the Nine

When doing the pilgrimage quest given by the Prophet, it doesn't update when going to the chapels of the different gods. I looked for solutions but none of them solved it.
So I saw that there is a command called setstage to skip quests but I don't know how to use it to skip this quest.

Are you sure you went to all of them? There's multiple of each shrine scattered across the map, and the little paper map you get (which only show one of each shrine, not the others) has one of the shrines in the bottom left of the map is actually right near a different shrine. So it's very possible you went to the wrong shrine. You gotta read the name of the shrine closely and look at your map to make sure you went to the proper shrine

I hope that's the reason.
Anyway, I found a way to bypass it with the command.
