How can i get Enchanced Camera mod to work?

A good while ago I remember i was able to use that mod with 0 issues with xOBSE, however im using Mo2 and for whatever reason it doesnt work. Please help.

i'm using Wrye Bash to install and manage mods, and last weekend it broke for my latest game saves by not letting me switch to third person, the graphics being stretched vertically, first person camera wobbling constantly, and the game lagging in a way that the fps wasn't dropping and stuttering wasn't occurring (if that makes sense). but when i reloaded to a much older save file, i was able to use Enhanced Camera just fine, so i think for me personally the newer saves somehow got corrupted or the mod itself maybe did.
