its ok to dont care about how your library looks. but why then bother those who care? and even insulting.
Just like all the other rereleases instead of just naming it something like that they instead rename the original that has been like that for literal decades, makes no sense..
Do you bums even try to make it look like you know what you talking about he literally said they messed up the text not the icon and no he didn't just "point it out" tried to insult he guy when if it aint a problem for you why you even bother posting?!??!?
"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion"
and
"The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered"
instead...
and now they doing this for Elder Scrolls.
These bums do not realise this isn't new, this is an ongoing problem.
if it would be just "The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (2006)" like capcom did with Resident Evil 4 (2005), it would be okay at very least.
BTW, I wished I had your problems. 😋
I guess enough complaints happened, and there were even some ways to freely download the other DLCs at some magazine sights or Bethesda's own website, and so they finally corrected the Steam issues and so on. But the point is, I remember this ticking me off, and began my leaning negative towards Bethesda with at least skepticism.
So perhaps the Year can be partly defended, although this whole store page has issues with its naming, but Voland is definitely right that they ought to clean up the whole store page and just stick with one standard name.
Not going to mention how it seems rather unfair that one doesn't even get a small discount for buying this with the Remastered Version. They just don't get it at Bethesda, imho and all that jazz.
New Version:
The Elder Scrolls 4 Snob version for rich folk too stupid and lazy to mod.
-- Leveling Up Changes, where minor and major skills don't effect attributes in the original way, not crucial, but I know there were several good ones.
-- Maybe some minor combat feature changes, perhaps for stagger effects etc.
-- Maybe some slight Stealth or Crime Reporting changes, but probably not too crucial.
-- And maybe some decent model changes
-- Oh and yeah something to make the Oblivion areas less repetitive and more immersive
-- Maybe some loot reduction in amount, but a bit more variety, but that isn't key either.
But it isn't really crucial. I just know they used to exist, I'll just have to get back up to speed.
