Fathis Ules is... available as a fence?
It's not a problem per se, it's just weird. I have the escutcheon of Chorrol. But for some reason I am at a 100 disposition with him at full access to his wares despite that.
I'm playing as dunmer, if that makes a difference, just wanna know what happened.

If you have UOP installed the bug won't happen. But there is always Khafiz who has the same amount of money and selling him does contribute to Independent Thievery.
But if you don't then perhaps you just lucked out.
