glarthir has vanished
hes not waiting at the place anymore even though the quest marker says he should be there. anypony know whats going on with this or how to fix it? the last thing was that i said i didnt have an update for him on the second person he asks about.

Even though the quest marker is still there you can't meet him until around midnight. What time are you turning up?

was there at midnight several nights in a row, gave up and went to do something else. After about a week i came back and he was there, and i completed the quest. Really wierd!

Some people have found him dead before getting his quest. He may have just respawned.
