Also check out Oblivion character overhaul 2.02. Its an amazing mod.
Aero v2 ENB is my favorite as well. Its really well made and its a shame its not as popular as it should be. I would like to recommend the Oblivion SMAA injector, OBGE POM togheter with Aero v2. The game becomes absolutly gorgeous.
And it looks amazing for me :)

And from the Oblivion launcher in the options, select HDR. But since HDR doesn't allow you to use Anti-Aliasing in the game, go to you graphics options panel of your card (AMD or Nvidia), and force Anti-Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering to your liking.
You mention all good mods so I need to recommend the SMAA Injector made just for Oblivion. Its better than the the forced AA option :)
