Well my problem is not with your grammar, but with the lack of details explaining what you're talking about to answer your question. What sealed door on what house mission?

im talking about the house in Anvil the only house that that you have to work to get and so you get the guy to the house go to the celler and you have to get through a door in it is has mystical writing on it and i can't get trough it legetly and not cheating.

Oh i see. You have to buy the house from him, then you have to finish the quest.

After you buy the house go spend the night there and sleep in the bed. Afterwards your quest should be updated. Grab the items from the vase thing, you will need them for the quest.

You will have to find the guy you bought the house from again. He will be in the Imperial City. Talk him into helping you and he will meet you in Anvil to complete the quest.

He will be the one to open that door for you.

I did that all ready and have him in the basement but he's not opening the door for me?

I believe that may be a bug. Try using the wait command and wait for a few hours and see if it fixes the problem and resets him.

If that doesn't work try activating the Sealed Portal or cast a charm spell on him.

If none of those things work you may have to use console to advance the quest.

While standing in the room with the door type the following commands into console.

prid 3a98
moveto.player

That will teleport him next to you and his AI will be retriggered.

If that doesn't work you will probably have to use the follwoing command.

setstage MS02 90

Then use TCL to walk through the wall.
