Ways to Restart/Reset a Quest??

So I wa looking around the Oblivion forums one day and I stumbled upon Chillrend, the sword you get for not letting any of the brothers die in The Killings Fields quest. I really want it, but the problem is that I already completed the quest a looooooooong time ago. I was wondering if there was a way I could completely restart the quest to get Chillrend. At this point I wouldn't mind resorting to cheats, but I don't want to just spawn in the weapon :/
I would greatly appreciate any help. I've been looking for a way to do this for a few weeks now, and I tried all the getstage and setstage commands I could find. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but everytime I issue the command, it says "Compiled script not saved!" PLEASE HELP!!

You can't restart quests or quest stages once they have been completed.

The only way to obtain it now is to use console commands.

You could find the item code on the wiki and give it to yourself...but that's kind of cheap.

Yeah... I kinda hoped there was a way... I guess I'll just give up on it :(
