Construction set problems

I have goty deluxe and I cannot get the construction set to install. I run the program and the bar almost gets done but it runs into an error.

Where are you trying to download the contruction set? This is where I got mine and its working fine. In fact me and my team are near to publishing a mod.

I googled the arror and it took me to the oddest looking website that I thought for sure would ruin something, it was not even for the cs or even oblivion. but I was desperate so I followed the instructions and I was actually really surprised that it not only did not affect my computer but actually fixed my problem. I had to go to program files/common files/installshield/ and remove the proffessional file.
