Actor fade resets
I know that this is a topic that has been dealt since the game was launched on PC, but I have problems. When I set the actor fade to 100%, after a few seconds it resets to 46%. Since I'm a stealthy character and I use the bow a lot, this is annoying as hell. I tried to use the "saveini" command but it doesn't work. Also, I tried to modify the Ini file, setting the minimum and the default actor fade to 30.0000 (which is hightest), but it doesn't seem to change anything.
I heard that people with the same problem fixed it in the streamline.ini, but I don't use streamline, instead I use Oblivion stutter remover and Operation optimization.

Can you help me please?

This is probably caused by one of those mods that you are using. I'm assuming Operation optimization. If you were using Streamline, I would be sure that is the culprit.
You could try removing the mods and see if you can change the settings without them returning back to 46%. You could also change all the settings in the oblivion_default.ini that's inside the installation folder.

I tried to remove operation optimization, but the fade still resets. I also tried to set the minimum actor fade to 29.0000, but nothing...

Oh! I'm also using Razer game booster, but I don't think it's its fault.

I also tried to remove the stutter remover. Nothing changes...

What ini are you editing? oblivion_default.ini or Oblivion.ini? Have you tried the game without Game booster on? I can't see that having an effect, but it's worth a try.

Usually I see people resolve the problem by getting rid of Streamline as it edits the ini, but seeing as you aren't using it, it's very strange.

I modify the Oblivion.ini (the one that is in My documente/My games/Oblivion). Also, I tried the game without the booster, but it isn't its fault.
