second try to delete the ini file.
third if you do like using MO as I do all you have to do is install the obse mods directly to the data file and unmanaged by MO. then you have to do some easy setup changes described in the link.
http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2504009-character-overhaul-or-blockhead-not-working/
also use the older MO installer. this way you can still add and remove most mods as you see fit. I am just saying sometimes you have to start over and by using the methods I linked you can do it mostly the way you wanted to in the first place.
I have been able to get my game running great using MO, Wrye bash, Obse. it is possible and not that hard.
BTW if it was only when loading a save and not also when starting a new game I would say it was a corrupted save and tell you to stop using Autosave and quick saves.
Currently I can not download directly with the manage with manager button on Nexus but it is probably something I did wrong in installation. it is no big deal to download and then manaually manage it though.
i Suggest starting small.
1. get the game going unmodded
2. add obse and the obse test mod and make sure it works.
3. install MO and Wrye bash and start a new game using the obse work around linked above.
4. still working right? add in obse mods driectly to the data file and non OBSEmods to MO.
you could setup obse and those mods first before adding MO. this way makes sure that the game works and you should now not have to put any other mods into your Oblivion folder. Like i said start small and keep testing. once it is setup you can probably go a long time of not playing and then come back and your Oblivion folder will still be good to go with your obse files while you can plug and unplug MO files as you like.
Just make sure when reading the mod description you are aware of what mods are OBSE and which ones are not.
Any issues I am willing to help how i can. just post here or make a new post and hopefully I am keeping an eye out for new posts. good luck.
Hope this helps.
UOP Vampire Aging & Face Fix.esp - Get rid of this too, it's included in the bashed patch.
Verifying the game cache integrity might have led to some files being overwritten. The first thing to do would be to delete the ini file as mentioned above. It's usually in your documents folders..
My Documents/MyGames/Oblivion/..
The load order looks fine to me. The mods themselves look fine to me as well. I don't see any conflicts on the load order based on how much I know about which mod does what exactly.
When launching the game only those files directly loaded into your data folder will be there. you also need to activate those mods by launching and also by making sure they are clicked in MO.
this is when I run Wryebash.
your OBSE mods must be directly installed to your data files or they will not work corectly as MO and OBSE do not get along as well as MO and SKSE.
use the obse test mod to make sure the obse is setup properly. this file must also be added to your data folder directly. the mods with only textures and the like can be run through MO but as I said make sure you are using the MO 1.2.18 installer.
btw; i had to use trial and error to get everything working and could easily be forgeting something or if I make no sense I apologise.
