How to buy Spell Tome DLC?

I want the Spell Tome DLC, but I'm not buying the $25 version of the game. I already have the $20 version, and I absolutely refuse to buy the entire game all over again just for some DLC.
I can't find the DLC individually for sale anywhere on Steam. What do I do?

You won't find the DLCs sold seperately and once you own the GOTY edition you cannot buy the Deluxe Edition as well.

well it is possible but you would need a new steam account orto put in a steam ticket explaining that you would like to but the Deluxe edition and maybe they will make tthe proper ammendments to your account.

It's so retarded that they have 2 GOTY editions of the game, but no individual downloads for the DLC. I tried submitting a refund, but they refused.

I have "Knights of the Nine" on disc and on this disc I have the DLC:s Spell Tomes, Thieves Den, Vile Lair, Mehrunes' Razor, Horse Armour, The Orrery, The Wizard's Tower.

I also have GOTY on discs with above DLC:s.
