Why are headless zombies so freaking hard to kill?
Is there a reason for it to have so much health? I'd rather face a nether lich than a headless or dread zombie.

All zombies do high damage and have alot of health.

Dread Zombies are worse because they regenerate 5 points of health per second.

Use conjuration to summon your own zombies. They are the best early in the game because of their health and damage.
