Abandoned Manor below Anvil in Valenwood Territory.
Anyone else encounter this area? I'm not sure what its about since its out of bounds and i think it popped up on my map after i completed the dunbarrow questline(just buying all of the upgrades).

The abandoned manor house in the Anvil city?

Talk to the guy somewhere in the inn, he will give you information and stuff

Nope not that one. Its a bit south east from the city along the shore of Valenwood(Morrowind Territory)

It's the Dunbarrow Cove, from one of the DLC's. It's not a manor, it's a pirate hideout that's right beneath the Castle of Anvil.

As what Marko said, it's a DLC.

After completing the quest, your hideout + crew belongs to you.
