Windowed Mode cuts off menus, really mad and at the last straw. Someone please help
So I recently bought Oblivion and was really wanting to get into the game and spend tons of hours in it. Since this is like my first time playing the game on PC I thought that I'd make an effort to mod the game to make it look better. Here's the problem, I installed a mod on the Nexus called Oblivion Reloaded. The mod kept crashing the game and I unistalled it. Now when I go into windowed the main menu freaks out and messes up. Text boxes are unevenly cropped and when I enter the options menu there is no background or text to change any options. Before the mod was unistalled everything was completely fine, now I can't even manage. Certain resolutions only work, and from what I've seen so far those said resolutions only work in fullscreen. I completely deleted the Oblivion folder and any mods that i had downloaded multiple times. I've reinstalled the game around 6 times now and it is still stuck in this state. It's really starting to p*ss me off and I really am at my last straw.

without knowing your OS did you delete the ini file and any Bash records (Wyre bash)? located in C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Oblivion ? also i'd suggest running something like CCleaner to get rid of any registry errors after uninstall, when you say windowed i'm presuming you mean windowed mode if so this may help http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/195131-oblivion-windowed-mode-problem/

Okay, I figured it out. It was a problem with an ini file conflicting with a change that was made to it due to the Reloaded mod. Was able to revert it back to normal and it works now.
